A.M. Best upgrades credit rating of The General®, an American Family subsidiary

Insurance rating agency, A.M. Best announced this week they are upgrading the financial strength and credit ratings of American Family Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. subsidiaries General Automobile Insurance Company, Inc., Permanent General Assurance Corporation, and Permanent General Assurance Corporation of Ohio.
