National Farm Safety and Health Week encourages farm safety and future planning
National Farm Safety and Health Week, Sept. 21-25, serves as an annual reminder of the importance of protecting farm families, workers and the future of agricultural operations. Since 1944, the third week of September has been recognized as National Farm Safety and Health Week. The annual observance is led by the National Education Center for Agricultural Safety (NECAS), the agricultural partner of the National Safety Council.
