American Family Insurance partners with Indianapolis Colts to bring "School Uniform Blitz" shopping experience to local school
Colts kick off regular season with Colts Community Tuesdays partnering with American Family.
The Indianapolis Colts will kick off the regular season and Colts Community Tuesdays by partnering with American Family Insurance for a “School Uniform Blitz” at George Buck Elementary School #94 in Indianapolis.
Colts players will take more than 350 George Buck students on a “shopping experience” in the school gym, where kids will pick out their own outfit, provided by American Family Insurance. Each student will receive a short-sleeve polo shirt, short-sleeve shirt, a fleece crewneck, pants, a belt, socks and a toiletry kit, helping eliminate school clothing as a barrier to students attending and staying in school.
The event will also include a book fair for George Buck students, where students will be given an
opportunity to pick two Scholastic books, free of charge.
The event takes place the afternoon of Tuesday, Sept. 13 at George Buck Elementary School #94. (Please note this event is not open to the public. All participants have been pre-selected.)
