American Family Insurance adds ADT as proactive protection partner
Relationship adds another accident-prevention element for American Family customers
Acting on its deep belief in proactive protection, American Family Insurance today announced a new partnership with ADT that will give American Family customers convenient and discounted access to ADT smart home security products and services.
American Family Insurance customers with ADT services will receive a discount on ADT products, installation and professional monitoring services. In addition, they are eligible for a discount on their American Family policy.“This partnership with ADT is about helping our customers safeguard the treasured places they call home,” said Bill Westrate, American Family president and CEO-elect. “American Family and our agency owners are here to help our customers recover after misfortune strikes, and we’re here to help them prevent or mitigate that misfortune from happening as well.”
American Family’s partnership with ADT, starting this month with homeowner’s insurance customers in several states, with roll out to all 19 American Family operating states by the end of the year. New and existing customers will be able to receive ADT’s advanced smart home security system, complete with burglary, life safety and water intrusion monitoring devices, as well as other smart home devices and 24/7 professional monitoring.
