One Saturday to Dream Fearlessly event in Des Moines brings together agents/employees to benefit local organization
Iowa agents and employees came together for a One Saturday to Dream Fearlessly event. The event was on a Thursday, but the mission was the same.
On Thursday, March 29, seventy-five Iowa American Family Insurance agents and employees, working together with Meals from the Heartland participants, banded together for a One Saturday to Dream Fearlessly event to fight hunger and support the organization’s mission by packing meal kits for families in need.
Meals from the Heartland is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers from businesses, schools, churches and community organizations who package meals for delivery to malnourished people in Iowa, across the United States and around the world.
The One Saturday to Dream Fearlessly events, hosted by American Family Insurance, are ongoing celebrations to encourage participants to create a positive change in their communities, while inspiring dreams.
As with this event, One Saturday events may not always be on a Saturday, but regardless of the day, the goal of these events is the same - demonstrating the amazing impact that can be made when individuals come together to support their local communities.
