Krystal Keith announced as opening act for Toby Keith at 2019 American Family Insurance Championship concert

Summary

All proceeds of June 21 event benefit Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation.

Singer-songrwriter Krystal Keith will open the show at the third annual American Family Insurance Championship concert. 38 Special has already been announced and will follow Krystal Keith.

Headlined by Toby Keith, the concert will be held Friday, June 21 at Madison’s Breese Stevens Field. Ticket sales have been brisk, with Gold Circle tickets selling out the first day and only around 250 general admission tickets still remaining.

Acclaimed Show Dog Nashville recording artist Krystal Keith celebrated the release of her sophomore project Boulder last year. The fivesong release features the hit "Anyone Else," Keith's duet with labelmate Lance Carpenter. The EP highlights Keith's range as a vocalist, writer and artist, from the expansive title track and cinematic "Then It Started Raining" to the energy and fun of "I Got You" and "Resting Beach Face." Boulder follows Krystal's acclaimed debut album Whiskey & Lace.

Krystal Keith will take the stage at 6:15 p.m., followed by 38 Special at 7 p.m. and Toby Keith at 8:30 p.m.

The concert is part of the PGA TOUR Champions American Family Insurance Championship, with tournament play June 21-23 at University Ridge Golf Course, featuring player/host Steve Stricker.

Proceeds from the concert and championship are donated to the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation for distribution to American Family Children’s Hospital and other local charities impacting families and children. In just its first three years, the championship has raised more than $4.7 million for more than 185 charitable organizations.
