Enterprise Claims Strategy Associate Vice President Gwen Olson has more than 20 years of insurance experience including in claims digital transformation. Prior to joining American Family Insurance, she spent more than a decade with Liberty Mutual Insurance, including in claims technology.

Gwen holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
