The jerseys, helmets and accompanying line of merchandise will be available at the Packers Pro Shop, both in-store and online, beginning Sept. 1.

Far from just a new alternate jersey, the Rivalries uniform tells the Packers’ story – how small-town grit, generational pride and community ownership have powered an unmatched legacy of success and built a beloved global brand. The unwavering support of Packers fans, immortalized in framed stock certificates in more than 500,000 homes in Wisconsin and around the country, inspired the design.

The uniform features a desaturated vintage green jersey with delicate alabaster and gold stripes, paired with alabaster pants and a matching matte helmet with green and gold striping and a matte green facemask. The alabaster palette is reminiscent of the aged paper of historic Packers stock certificates, while the jersey numbers feature an engraved treatment modeled after the intricate lettering of paper currency, reflecting the financial support that has helped sustain the franchise.

Special details include a modernized interpretation of the classic interlocking GB logo on the chest, echoing the mark that appeared on Vince Lombardi-era sideline and practice gear, as well as the fans’ signature rallying cry, “Go Pack Go,” on the back of the helmet, and “Making History Since 1919” embroidered inside the collar.

To learn more about the uniforms and to see the details up close, visit packers.com/rivalries.

Rivalries, a league-wide Nike and NFL initiative, began in 2025 and is aimed at elevating NFL rivalry games through specially designed Nike uniforms and fan gear. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), conditions can continue throughout the year, which makes preparation important year-round. While wildfires are happening with greater frequency, you can take steps now to mitigate the risk and severity, while also reviewing your insurance coverage for added peace of mind..

How to prepare for a wildfire
Preparing for a wildfire is about understanding how wildfires spread and ignite, especially when it comes to wildfire home protection. Review the following tips to help fireproof your home and reduce the odds of a wildfire in your area:

Landscape to minimize and block wildfires
The area closest to your house plays an important role in wildfire home protection. Keeping this space well-maintained and choosing plants less likely to ignite can help reduce risk.

For your immediate perimeter, landscaping recommended includes irrigated lawns and low-growing herbaceous (non-woody) plants. If you live in a wildfire-prone area, shrubs and trees, particularly conifers, are not recommended for use near your home.

Between 30 and 100 feet from your home, spacing out your trees and bushes can reduce the energy and speed of a wildfire. Maintain a minimum horizontal spacing of 10 feet between crowns, with this distance increasing if there’s slope.

Keep gutters and downspouts clean
Leaves and debris that collect on a roof can increase fire risk. Keeping gutters clear and in good condition can help prevent buildup. Noncombustible gutter guards and a drip edge along the roofline can offer added protection in these areas.

Inspect your fireplace chimneys twice every year
Routine chimney maintenance can help reduce buildup and support safe operation. A professional inspection can also confirm the spark arrester is working as expected.

Remove debris from under porches, decks and crawl spaces
These areas can easily collect materials that contribute to fire risk. Keeping them clear can help reduce exposure and support the overall condition of the structure.

Install smart home fire and smoke sensors
Smart fire and smoke sensors can send alerts directly to a phone, helping homeowners stay informed even when away. Early awareness is important to how quickly a situation is addressed.

Have an evacuation plan
Having a plan in place ahead of time can make it easier to act quickly if necessary, Practicing that plan can help everyone in the household feel more prepared and at ease.

Make a natural disaster kit
One of the best ways to proactively prepare for the unexpected is to build your own natural disaster survival kit. The National Security Council recommends you consider the following for emergency supply kits:

- One gallon of water per person per day for at least three days

- Three days-worth of nonperishable protein-packed foods you can cook without electricity, such as tuna, peanut butter and granola bars, and don't forget about food for your pets

- Can opener

- Hand-crank or battery-powered radio with extra batteries

- Flashlight with extra batteries

- First aid kit with gauze, tape, bandages, antibiotic ointment, aspirin, a blanket, nonlatex gloves, scissors, hydrocortisone, thermometer, tweezers and instant cold compress

- Tool kit with basic tools, in case you need to shut off utilities

- Hand sanitizer and garbage bags for sanitation

- Plastic sheeting and duct tape in case of broken windows or a leaky roof

- Whistle to signal for help so rescuers can locate you

How can you reduce wildfires on your property?
Fire professionals often talk about creating a “defensible space” around a home. Local fire departments may offer guidance based on the specific property and surrounding area.

Protect the area around a propane tank
Fuel sources such as propane tanks and firewood can increase risk when placed too close to a home. Keeping these items at a distance and maintaining a clear area around them can help reduce exposure.

Avoid building with combustible materials
When making updates, choosing fire-resistant materials can help support long-term protection. Features like a Class A fire-rated roof or metal fencing can help limit how fire moves across a property.

Manage smoking materials carefully
Smoking materials can pose a risk if not handled with care. A designated area with a safe way to dispose of items can help reduce the chance of ignition.

How does homeowners insurance cover wildfires?
Standard homeowners policies typically cover damage to or destruction of your home due to fire, which can include wildfires. If your home was destroyed by a fire, the dwelling coverage in your homeowners insurance might help you pay to rebuild your home after meeting your deductible.

If a home becomes temporarily unlivable, many policies include additional living expense (ALE) coverage to help with costs like lodging. For renters insurance, most policies cover your personal property if it’s damaged by a wildfire or a covered event. Like homeowners insurance, you may also have coverage for ALE if your place becomes unlivable.

Get the proper wildfire insurance
To help provide peace of mind and avoid unexpected coverage gaps later, now is a good time to ensure you have the wildfire coverage your home needs. By taking steps toward the goal of reducing the risks of fire on your property, you can help to preserve and protect it. Find an American Family Insurance agency owner near you to review your coverage, explain your options, and learn more.

# # #

About American Family Insurance
American Family Insurance, based in Madison, Wis., has been serving customers since 1927.
Homeowners insurance and swimming pools: Tips and reminders

<pp:caseid>779484</pp:caseid>

Backyard pools are a summertime staple and a selling point for many homebuyers. They also come with added safety responsibilities and potential financial risk. When it comes to insurance, a pool can increase both property risk and liability exposure, so homeowners should take practical steps to help protect family, guests and their finances.

Why pools can raise liability concerns
As the property owner, you may be held liable if someone is injured in or around your pool and you were negligent in maintaining safety. When liability is evaluated, it’s important the homeowner took reasonable, common-sense precautions such as fencing, locked gates and appropriate supervision.

It’s important for pool owners to take extra steps to prevent unsupervised access, especially when children are involved. Pools are considered an “attractive nuisance,” meaning a homeowner may be responsible for injuries even if a child trespasses onto the property to access the pool.

A summer pool safety checklist
To reduce risk, start with the basics: barriers and access control, regular maintenance, water quality and consistent supervision. AAA recommends the following pool safety steps:

Barriers and access: Make sure your pool fence fully encloses the pool and meets local code requirements. Consider gates that self-close and self-latch, with latches placed out of children’s reach. For above-ground pools, remove or lock the ladder and secure the steps when the pool is not in use.

Doors and alarms: Consider alarms on doors and windows that open to the pool area. Pool surface alarms and underwater motion alarms can also provide an added layer of protection.

Structure and equipment: Inspect pool walls, decking, railings and ladders for cracks, loose areas or corrosion. Check drain covers and filters to confirm they are intact and securely attached.

Water quality: Clear water is safe water. You should be able to see the bottom of the pool at its deepest point. Keep your filtration system and pump running as recommended so you can maintain proper pH and disinfection levels.

Safety equipment and supervision: Keep a reach pole, an approved flotation device and a first-aid kit near the pool. When people of any age are swimming, consider assigning an adult as a dedicated water watcher whose only job is supervision.

Kids and weaker swimmers: Approved life jackets can help for non-swimmers. When children are in the water, an adult staying within arm’s reach is recommended. Remove toys and floats from the pool area when they are not in use to reduce the chance children are drawn toward the water unsupervised.

How a pool can affect your homeowners insurance
Owning a pool can change your homeowners insurance needs. Even if your policy already provides baseline coverage, it’s important to review your specific limits, exclusions and options with your insurance agency owner, particularly if you are installing a pool or buying a home that has one.

Pool ownership often increases the need for additional liability protection. Depending on your situation, you may want to increase liability limits or consider an umbrella policy that can help provide protection over and above what you already have on your home.

Two key areas to review:

Property coverage: In-ground pools and permanently installed above-ground pools are often covered as other structures. Smaller, movable above-ground pools may fall under personal property coverage instead. Coverage may exclude certain types of damage, such as wear and tear or lack of maintenance, so ask your agency owner to walk through your policy details and any exclusions that apply.

Liability coverage: Consider whether your liability limits are high enough for the increased risk that comes with pool ownership. Liability coverage can help pay legal expenses and medical bills up to your policy limits, if a non-household member is injured in or around your pool and you are found responsible.

You should also think about replacement cost. If a pool is destroyed by a storm or other covered event, make sure you have enough insurance protection to rebuild or replace it, including pool-related items such as deck furniture.

Steps to take before swim season begins
Before pool season starts, set expectations and confirm your safety plan.

Set clear pool rules: Post a short list of rules and enforce them consistently. Consider safety basics such as no running on the deck, no diving in shallow areas, no glass containers, and no swimming alone.

Document your safety measures: Take photos of fencing, locked gates, signage and safety equipment. Documenting can be helpful if a claim occurs and you need to show the precautions you had in place.

Refresh emergency skills: Consider CPR and first-aid training for adults who regularly supervise the pool. Swimming lessons for children can also help build skills and confidence.

Review your current coverage: Review your homeowners policy and contact your agency owner to see whether you should update your coverage, adjust your liability limits or consider umbrella coverage.

Taking time to optimize your pool area, review your coverage and set ground rules helps you protect what matters most and enjoy your home with absolute confidence. Find an American Family Insurance agency owner near you to explain your options and review your coverage.

# # #

About American Family Insurance
American Family Insurance, based in Madison, Wis., has been serving customers since 1927. But insurance is often an afterthought, and that can lead to expensive surprises when something goes wrong.

To help boaters and personal watercraft users avoid common coverage gaps, American Family Insurance encourages customers to review their policies so coverage keeps pace with their plans.

A quick review now can help you avoid surprises later and provide peace of mind.

Understanding your coverage options
Just as no two boaters are alike, neither are the risks that come with different watercraft and how you use them. Whether you’re heading out for a quiet fishing trip, cruising on a pontoon with family and friends, or spending the day on a personal watercraft, your time on the water should be defined by the experience, not the what ifs.

That’s why boat and personal watercraft insurance deserve a closer look. If you own a boat, a personal watercraft (such as a Jet Ski, Sea-Doo or WaveRunner), or both, it’s worth taking a moment to confirm each one is insured appropriately for how you use it.

One thing to keep in mind is that homeowners insurance alone may leave boaters and riders without the liability protection or physical damage coverage they expect. Results were supported by lower catastrophe losses and deliberate customer-driven strategic actions, while overall industry growth moderated.

The company’s combined ratio improved substantially in 2025, reflecting fewer severe weather events as well as intentional decisions to strengthen long‑term financial stability. Revenue was impacted by strategic actions, including the 2024 sale of The General, the exit from personal lines at affiliate Main Street America Insurance, and targeted underwriting changes in commercial lines.

Policy retention and new business also declined in 2025, consistent with broader industry trends. American Family ended the year with 12.1 million policies in force, down 11% from 2024 or 3% excluding the effect of the aforementioned strategic actions.

Combined and expense ratios see significant improvement

American Family Insurance reported a combined ratio of 84.6% for all property and casualty lines, improving 12.4 points from 96.6% in 2024. An additional $7.0 billion in non-catastrophe claims were paid, in service to our customers through the normal course of business, down from $8.2 billion in 2024, with the majority of that decrease attributed to the sale of The General operating company. In total, $9.4 billion was paid for all claims in 2025.

Life insurance policy growth and strong growth in members’ equity are notable

Life insurance policies in force increased by 0.4% in 2025, while American Family Life Insurance Company reported a decrease in its gain from operations to $122 million, from $129 million in 2024.
