What's your current dream?
Ali: My dream is for all women and men to experience living in complete wellness - with a strong and healthy mind, body and spirit.
What first got you interested in fitness and wellness?
Ali: I was an athlete in high school and college and started teaching fitness classes to stay in shape. Fitness always made me feel better, helped me clear my mind and gave me energy - something I wanted everyone to experience.
What role does wellness play in one's ability to achieve their dreams?
Ali: Wellness plays a BIG role in dreams. If you aren't healthy mentally, physically or spiritually, it hinders your ability to see your goals clearly - let alone reach them! When you're at your best, your mindset grows stronger, giving you the strength to push forward to reach your dreams.
What's your advice for a happy and healthy life?
Ali: Take control of your thoughts. Your mindset is HUGE! You've probably heard the quote from Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right.” So focus on the good. Live in the NOW. Accept and appreciate yourself. Celebrate your successes daily.
