Supporting communities
In collaboration with the American Family Insurance Dreams Foundation, American Family Insurance group claims employees are able to recognize community partners working with them in the field in the wake of a disaster.

Two community partners in Kansas were identified by claims professionals for going above and beyond to care for their community – the United Way of the Plains and the Kansas Food Bank.

The United Way of the Plains has been onsite with claims employees at the Andover Community Center, connecting with families who have pressing food, housing and health needs. The Kansas Food Bank has readily supported Prairie Creek Elementary School families in Andover, delivering meal kits for more than 90 families to ensure impacted children aren’t missing meals.

The American Family Insurance Dreams Foundation donated $2,500 to each organization to recognize their work alongside claims teams in Kansas.
