American Family Life Insurance Company earns place on Ward Group’s Top 50 list for 15th consecutive year

The outstanding efforts of the American Family Life Insurance Company (AFLIC) and sales team at American Family have helped secure their place on Ward’s Top 50 for another year.

For the 15th consecutive year, American Family Life Insurance Company (AFLIC) has been recognized by Ward Group as one of the nation’s top 50 performing life/health insurance companies.

Ward Group is a consulting firm that helps insurance companies optimize performance and improve profitability by providing operational and compensation benchmarking and best practice services.

Each year, Ward Group analyzes the financial performance of nearly 700 life/health insurance companies domiciled in the United States and identifies the top performers. Each Ward’s 50 company has passed all safety, performance and consistency screens and achieved superior performance during the five years analyzed.

Companies selected for the Ward’s 50 must meet financial stability requirements and demonstrate their ability to grow while maintaining strong capital positions and underwriting results. To be awarded the designation, insurance companies must pass minimumFancher thresholds of performance.
