Staying open to serve our customers during the holidays

At American Family Insurance, we know that life doesn't stop for the holidays. That's why American Family employees in critical customer-facing areas will be available to help in time of need. 

Sara Raduenz, a claims customer care center auto representative in Madison, Wisconsin, shared an experience that shows why we're here on a holiday:

"One year when I worked the late shift on Christmas Day, I helped a customer who had a collision with a deer on her way home from spending the holiday with her family," says Raduenz. "The customer was alone, and it was cold and late at night. I was able to get a tow truck on the way immediately, and we got her a rental car the next day so she could go to work. It is a great feeling to be able to help our customers through a difficult time. By being here for our customers on a holiday, it shows we are always available and we value them, not only as customers, but as part of our family."
